Ideally located for local supermarket & shops in the old market town of Lutterworth, easy access to Leicester, The National Space Centre, Fosse Park shopping complex, Foxton Locks, Market Harborough & Hinckley.

Directions

From M6 Junction 1 take A426 sign posted Lutterworth.  Keep on A426 through Lutterworth.  In 1 mile on the outskirts turn left signposted Claybrook Magna, Bitterswell & garden centre (brown signs).  In about ½ mile turn right following brown tourist signs.  Gate is on left just before the garden centre car park.

From the M1 Junction 20, sign posted Lutterworth at the roundabout join the A426 into Lutterworth and then as above.
