The weather once again threatened to challenge us for this weekend with a significant amount of wind and rain to welcome us to Common Leys Farm on the Friday. Foresight by Joan and Danny meant that they had arrives on Thursday and put their awning up before the rains came so there was a warm welcome from them in the awning on Friday evening. Saturday dawned much brighter and everyone was able to get out and about and explore this part of Oxfordshire. Dinner was booked in the farm house for Saturday evening. This proved to be a very enjoyable opportunity to catch up with other members and enjoy the hearty menu. With rain again on Sunday morning, we canceled coffee and replaced it with lunch in the farm house. Thanks to Joan and Danny for a very relaxing weekend with a bit of sunshine and a hearty country fare.
