Caravan and Camping Club

This is our first visit to this peaceful site in the heart of rural Staffordshire. In keeping with the peaceful nature of the location we intend to make the weekend a wind down after what we hope will be a hectic summer.

Bring binoculars to watch the wildlife, the River Blithe runs alongside the site. Plenty to see & do nearby, National Memorial Arboretum, Lichfield, Rugely, Burton on Trent & Cannock Chase.

We hope to organise a beer tasting on the Friday evening– to be confirmed. If there's enough interest we would lead a ramble around the area.

Directions

Turn R off A51 (Lichfield-Rugeley) onto A515 (Kings Bromley, Ashbourne), in about 3.5 m turn left onto A513 (Rugeley) in about 600 yds turn R(Pipe Ridware). Care-roads narrow; farm on R in 1.75 m (just before Hamstall Ridware village).

On entering farm, pass Caravan Club CL on left, go through farm buildings, rally field is straight ahead.
