The Spring Bank Holiday saw us visiting Fossway Farm on the outskirts of Moreton in Marsh in the heart of the Cotswolds. The weekend also saw the return of the wind and the rain! The Friday evening get together was in the Marshal’s awning but we braved the weather and put the party tent up on Saturday. It survived Saturday and Sunday, but with strong winds we removed the sides before we packed up on Sunday night. This however was not enough and the winds on Sunday night were the final straw. We woke on Monday to find most of the poles bent beyond repair so the party tent came to a sad end. That apart, the weather did not dampen our spirits and a great weekend was had by all.
