December saw 17 members attend the rally without caravans, or put another way the hotel weekend break in Bournemouth. The sunshine alluded us again this rally, but there was an opportunity to get out and about in Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding area. The New Westcliff Hotel looked after us very well and we had a particularly entertaining evening with Rob on Saturday night. The Who Am I quiz on Sunday night was won by a team called “The village idiots and Ken”, not such an apt name since they won by a sizable margin. The double jeopardy raffle / quiz proved to be a little more challenging for some, or was it that they quite liked being in the Hot Seat 3 or 4 times!
